Any number of reasons may have brought you to a yoga mat. To feel fitter, stronger, more flexible - perhaps happier, calmer and more present in your life. Whatever the reasons, yoga can give you what you need, what you didn’t even know you needed, and more. . .

I first came to a yoga mat twenty five years ago. Through my years of study with different teachers, experiencing an array of styles, yoga has been the practice and the place where I have felt at my most happy and calm. It has given me strength, flexibility, resilience and peace. It can give all of this to you too. You simply need to turn up and practise.
