Any number of reasons may have brought you to a yoga mat. To feel fitter, stronger and flexible - perhaps happier, calmer and more able to manage the various challenges and stresses that life can bring us. Yoga can benefit us in a multitude of ways - we simply have to practise.

I first came to a yoga mat over twenty years ago. I came and I went, drifting in and out of classes, occasionally practising at home. Through various careers, personal challenges, ups and downs, I found myself going back to the yoga mat and as the years passed, it became a place of refuge. It seemed to be the place where I could process, reflect, find space, build and rebuild my body and, with a developing meditation practise, come to know my m better.

As a teacher of yoga, I see it as a gift and a privilege to share the discoveries I’ve made, to help you make and discover your own space, take delight in your body and mind, be challenged, calmed and, most of all, come away with a greater sense of ease, peace and love in your life.
