Welcome
Yoga has developed over thousands of years to bring those who practise it into total and complete well-being.
It is a healing practise.
Although often first experienced and appreciated as a form of ‘physical’ exercise, yoga addresses all aspects of our being. The physical practice (postures known as ‘asanas’) utilise every single muscle in the body bringing strength, flexibility and alignment. Working through the body with mindful breathing, we can release tension and blockages, calming the central nervous system so that a greater sense of peace and ease prevails.
It is the perfect tonic to our often busy, sometimes over-stimulated lives. Yoga teaches us to breath well, move well and rest well. The better we are, the better able we are to be with others.
It’s a gift for yourself and all those you work with, love and care for.
